In just 55 days, a cooling tower water recycling system is ready to leave its mark on the path toward a greener future—an initiative that more and more international companies in Thailand are prioritizing. This client, a decade-long partner of Innosep in food processing, has expanded its collaboration to support sustainability initiatives, with water recycling as a key strategy in reducing environmental impact.
The newly completed system, housed within two containers, features a two-stage filtration process. The first stage includes microfiltration and carbon filtration, while the second stage utilizes reverse osmosis (RO) technology. This setup enables the efficient recycling of cooling tower water, allowing for 60% of the water to be reused.
This project exemplifies the collective effort between Innosep and its client in adopting sustainable practices, particularly in water conservation. By integrating innovative water recycling systems, businesses can take meaningful steps toward reducing their environmental footprint and contributing to a more sustainable future.
