In case you are wondering how the wastewater looks like after the multi-stage of treatment, here comes the answer. Clarity is greatly improved after the treatment. It is from an installation in Bangkok of a commercial complex (refer to the news on April 4, 2023).  Wastewater from this commercial complex, which includes restaurants, coffee shops, offices, convenience stores etc., is treated through primary, secondary, and final stage of tertiary treatments. Unlike the typical chlorine dosing method to disinfect the effluent, this system uses UF to remove bacteria and viruses. This special UF membrane is also tolerant to oil contaminant which is critical to this type of sewage wastewater application.
