Innosep's RO System Powers City Group's JIBON Bottled Water Line with Consistent Performance Since 2019

In 2019, Innosep installed a Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment system for City Group, a prominent conglomerate in Bangladesh with over 52 years in consumer goods manufacturing. The system, designed to serve the JIBON bottled water production line, has a capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour, split between two production lines of 50 cubic meters each. Since its installation, the RO system has performed reliably, with the membranes continuing to operate efficiently without a need for replacement.

In a recent visit this week, Mr. Kazi, a Bangladeshi-born and the owner of the Innosep expressed pride in seeing the system performing as designed after nearly six years. “Bangladesh faces ongoing water quality and scarcity challenges. Contributing to a solution with City Group and supporting the JIBON brand in delivering high-quality, affordable drinking water is incredibly meaningful,” Kazi shared.

Despite Innosep being an international supplier, City Group’s choice to rely on this system for JIBON bottled water production underscores the high performance and durability it consistently delivers. Innosep has triumphed in meeting City Group’s standards, demonstrating remarkable resilience and reliability in an industry where consistency is crucial.
