Nano ( loose RO) on a skid to upgrade existing fermentation process

The last shipment was loaded to leave for the site installation last evening. 6 weeks, beautiful workmanship of welding and assembling, thoroughly inspected, and tested, 3 sets of systems are finally ready for installation in the client’s site. It is an upgradation case on the existing production line. A request was made to upgrade the system with minimum change to the production line and piping, Innosep designed this system to precisely fit into the existing piping. Each system is compactly sit on a skid which the feeding and permeate outlets are designed to be plugged in directly with the rest of the line in the field. Each skid consists of 3 stages on Nano (loose RO) to purify protein from upstream fermentation process and prefiltration by UF.
