Innosep has released a new standalone lab test unit designed for food processing manufacturers to evaluate clarification performance at a laboratory scale equipped with Microza membrane. The manual system features 316L stainless steel piping, a portable control panel for pump speed adjustment, and operates at 0–2 bar pressure.

Using membrane to extract protein from fish is an application new to the industry. Innosep provided a test unit with flexibility of different pressure and modules to support the application development in this new market.
