Nitto Shiga Factory Visit

As year of 2023 comes to a closure, the owner of Innosep, Mr. Kazi Sarwar Hasan, makes a trip to Nitto factory in Shiga Japan. Innosep has been a partner of Nitto for over 15 years in environmental products-membrane elements. Shared with same philosophy of contributing to customers’ value creation with innovative ideas, Innosep and Nitto have been working together to help clients to achieve their goals. Aside from market strategy discussion and prospect for year 2024, a preventive solution discussion to enhance quality control for a special high temperature RO membrane for an VIP client in Thailand is a key purpose of the visit. Staff from QA department of Nitto explained to Mr.Kazi the new quality control procedure and gave him a tour showing how membrane is produced as well as the final quality check procedure. Mr. Kazi also visited a newly installed automatic RO membrane production line in Shiga factory. The VIP client is immediately informed about the new quality control procedure after Mr. Kazi’s back and is very content with the corrective actions both Innosep and Nitto have taken.
